We propose a compact, high-power, and high-directivity surface-emitting terahertz (THz) source based on an array of active antennas with integrated patch resonant-tunneling diodes (RTDs). An configuration antennas, each antenna two RTDs coupled by microstrip lines, enables spatial power combining improves directivity through coherent oscillation. confirmed maximum radiation 11.8 mW in prototype 6 × at oscillation frequency 0.45 THz. Parasitic low frequencies was suppressed use bias...

The authors devised the tip detection (TD) method and developed AnteOwl WR intravascular ultrasound to standardize ultrasound-based 3-dimensional wiring for intraplaque tracking in chronic total occlusion (CTO)-percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI). TD also allowed antegrade dissection re-entry (ADR). Combining TD-ADR with Conquest Pro 12 Sharpened Tip (CP12ST) wire, a new ADR wire strongest penetration force date, enabled anywhere except calcification sites.

Oscillations from 1.02 to 1.40 THz were observed at room temperature resonant-tunneling-diode (RTD)-based oscillators with integrated patch antennas by improving the mesa structure and tuning length of antenna feed point location RTD. A two-step post realized a reduction series resistance RTD, oscillation frequency significantly increased closer center around 1 THz. Experimental results agreed well analysis.

Alumina adsorption chromatography and ion-pair reversed-phase were developed to analyze the isomers of unprotonated protonated n-butylamine Schiff base retinal (RSB PRSB), respectively. Photoisomerization starting from all-trans, 11-cis 13-cis was traced for RSB in n-hexane, acetonitrile, methanol 1-butanol, PRSB methanol, acetonitrile 1-butanol.
