An aplastic or twiglike middle cerebral artery (Ap/T-MCA) is an extremely rare congenital anomaly related to interference in the normal embryonic development of MCA.To evaluate clinical and radiological features patients with Ap/T-MCA.A total 1749 conventional angiography procedures were performed 1282 from January 2005 July 2011 at Daegu Fatima Hospital. The images evaluated for arterial anomalies. Ap/T-MCA, coexisting anomalies, manifestations recorded. These prospectively maintained...

Objective Keyhole craniotomy is a modification of pterional that allows for use minimally invasive approach toward cerebral aneurysms. Currently, mini-pterional (MPKC) and supraorbital keyhole craniotomies (SOKC) are commonly used. In this study, we measured compared the geometric configurations surgical exposure provided by MPKC SOKC. Methods Nine patients underwent four Their postoperative contrast-enhanced brain computed tomographic scans were evaluated. The transverse longitudinal...

Electrochemical properties and gas evolution behavior of Li2NiO2 are studied. In-situ test cell shows that large amount is evolved during the first delithiation process at two characteristic potential levels about 3.6 V 4.13 vs. Li/Li+ for small severe generation, respectively. XRD EXAFS analyzes reveal generation related to bulk structural collapse phase transformation, while results from material decomposition structurally unstable after transformation. 3 wt% Al2O3 coated improved properties.

It could lead to hemorrhage, ischemic stroke, or, rarely, combination of hemorrhage ischemia due hemodynamic changes. Prompt accurate diagnosis essential for determining the appropriate management.
