abdominal tuberculosis (TB) is a common form of extrapulmonary TB but it still diagnostic dilemma in clinical practice. This study aimed to highlight the features and approaches for TB.seventy cases diagnosed were retrospectively collected between August 1st, 2015 June 30th, 2020. They classified as peritoneal TB, lymph node gastrointestinal visceral or mixed TB.eighteen patients with nine five two 36 TB. More than 65 % had other sites except abdomen. 18F-FDG-PET/MRI combines the functional and metabolic characteristics of PET with good soft-tissue contrast MRI. The results showed that high Ki-67-expressing tumors lower D μ values higher MK SUVmax values. In addition, diagnostic efficacy all parameters is similar.
