We report the effects of Si substitution on temperature-dependent electrical resistivity, Seebeck coefficient, as well thermal conductivity in Heusler-type compound ${\mathrm{Fe}}_{2}\mathrm{VAl}$. It is found that onto Al sites causes a significant decrease resistivity and lattice conductivity. A theoretical analysis indicated reduction arises mainly from point-defect scattering phonons. With slight substitution, coefficient changes sign positive to negative, accompanied by appearance broad...
To evaluate the efficacy of uterine artery occlusion and myomectomy (UAO+M) for pregnant women with leiomyomas who are undergoing cesarean section (CS).Seventy-two CS obstetrical reasons were enrolled into this case-control study. Thirty-six patients underwent UAO+M during (UAO+M group), 36 received alone (Control group). The procedure was performed immediately after closure incision wound. outcome measured by comparing surgical techniques, future intervention (myomectomy, vessel or...
Aim: This animal study aims to examine the efficacy and safety of poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) microspheres as subdermal fillers.
This study compares the sensory attributes and health profiles of green tea-processed mulberry leaf tea, focusing on different grades leaves exposed to frost. Electronic nose/tongue, gas chromatography-mass spectrometry, ultra-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry were employed assess flavor characteristics bioactive components teas. Significant differences found in volatile compounds substances across tea grades, likely influenced by position raw materials. Third-grade...
We have performed a systematic study of the layered ternary carbides ${\mathrm{Ti}}_{2}\mathrm{Al}\mathrm{C}$, ${\mathrm{V}}_{2}\mathrm{Al}\mathrm{C}$, and ${\mathrm{Cr}}_{2}\mathrm{Al}\mathrm{C}$ using $^{27}\mathrm{Al}$ NMR spectroscopy. The quadrupole splittings, Knight shifts, as well spin-lattice relaxation times on each material been identified. sign isotropic shift varies from positive for ${\mathrm{Ti}}_{2}\mathrm{Al}\mathrm{C}$ ${\mathrm{V}}_{2}\mathrm{Al}\mathrm{C}$ to negative...
Filler injection for lower eyelid rejuvenation remains a difficult subject due to many complicated anatomic changes as the face ages.To propose an alternative, simple, and effective filler method in eyelids Asian patients.Any patient who has tear trough deformities, infra-orbital hollows, nasojugal grooves, dark eye circles, well mild eyebags is potential candidate this method. Our choice injectable poly-d,l-lactic acid (PDLLA; AestheFill; REGEN). PDLLA must be reconstituted with sterile...
In recent years, there has been increasing popularity and interest in injectable fillers for facial rejuvenation. Hyaluronic acid (HA) are the most widely used fillers. Although many kinds of HA on market, each filler its own rheological properties. Various regions may need with different Therefore, is no one suitable all indications.1 Injectable poly-D,L-lactic (PDLLA; AestheFill, REGEN Biotech, Seoul, South Korea) a collagen-stimulating filler.2,3 Recently, we published two articles...
$^{27}\mathrm{Al}$ NMR measurements were performed on the $D{0}_{23}$-structure trialuminides ${\mathrm{Al}}_{3}\mathrm{Zr}$ and ${\mathrm{Al}}_{3}\mathrm{Hf}$. The Knight shifts, quadrupole splittings, spin-lattice relaxation times for each of three crystallographic sites have been resolved. Universally small Fermi-contact shifts long are found both alloys. Results provide a measure $s$-character Fermi-level density states ${N}_{s}({E}_{F})$ an indication orbital weights. In addition, there...
The occurrence of 'retrograde flow along the cannula/needle tract' during filler injections has not been extensively addressed in existing literature, possibly because it is often imperceptible unless injection conducted at a superficial layer. In our experience with poly-D,L-lactic acid for lower eyelid injections, we have observed and documented this phenomenon through skin. This article aims to elucidate illustrate retrograde discuss factors influencing it. Dear Editor, literature,1, 2...
The dorsal hands are subject to photodamage and may present with increased wrinkling soft tissue atrophy during the aging process. In recent years, hand rejuvenation has gained popularity in cosmetic dermatology. Several treatment modalities, including laser resurfacing, fat grafting, dermal fillers, have been widely used.1 Hyaluronic acid-based fillers most commonly utilized for literature; however, some studies used collagen stimulators, such as poly L-lactic acid (PLLA) calcium...
Abstract Background Injectable poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA), under the brand name of AestheFill (REGEN Biotech, Inc., Seoul, South Korea), is a biocompatible, biodegradable, and biostimulatory product utilized to correct soft tissue volume loss. Its efficacy safety have not been fully studied in large cohort. Objectives The aim study was evaluate novel dermal filler injectable, acid. Methods This an evaluator-blinded, multicenter, randomized controlled trial compare PDLLA vs hyaluronic...
Purpose: We previously reported miR-328-3p as a novel risk factor for myopia through genetic association study of the PAX6 gene. In present study, we first explored effects on other myopia-related genes, and then tested whether anti-miR-328-3p may be used control. Methods: The luciferase report assay transient transfection were to confirm target genes. chromatin immunoprecipitation (ChIP) was investigate retinoic acid receptor promoter. Mice pigmented rabbits induced have by form deprivation...
Injectable poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) is a relatively new subdermal biostimulatory filler that used for the treatment of deep and shallow facial wrinkles. PDLLA supplied as lumps lyophilized powder in vials. It requires reconstitution with sterile water injection (SWFI) into homogeneous suspension before administration. The methods recommended by manufacturer are hand-shaking vortex generator-assisted agitation. However, these have some disadvantages. Handshaking agitation, which prior to...
Injectable poly-D,L-lactic acid (PDLLA) is a relatively new subdermal collagen-stimulating filler (AestheFill; REGEN Biotech, Seoul, South Korea) containing PDLLA microspheres and carboxymethyl cellulose. It supplied as lumps of lyophilized powder in vials. Reconstituting injectable with sterile water for injection (SWFI) to form homogeneous suspension needed before injection.1–5 In our past experience, we often use SWFI from 1.5 24 ml reconstitute vial wide range applications such deep...
