Vision-based high-speed target-identification and tracking is a critical application in unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) with wide military commercial usage. Traditional frame cameras processed through convolutional neural networks (CNN) exhibit high accuracy but low throughput (hence speed) power. On the other hand, event or dynamic vision sensors (DVS) generate stream of binary asynchronous events corresponding to changing intensity pixels capturing temporal information, characteristic...

One approach to creating more beneficial therapeutic antibodies is develop bispecific (bsAbs), particularly IgG-like formats with tetravalency, which may provide several advantages such as multivalent binding each target antigen. Although the effects of configuration and antibody-fragment type on function bsAbs have been studied, there only a few detailed studies influence variable fragment domain order. Here, we prepared four types hEx3-scDb-Fc, bsAbs, built from single-chain hEx3-Db...

Accurate identification of the target and tracking it at high speeds using drone-mounted cameras compute hardware finds military commercial applications. Conventional frame-based convolutional neural networks (CNNs) extract detailed spatial information to show accuracy but suffer from lower throughput caused by large models. Alternatively, event capture motion as an asynchronous stream with temporal resolution. Spiking (SNNs) can be used process these data speed, sparse sensing difficulty in...
