We report a facile BiBr<sub>3</sub>(DMSO)<sub>2</sub> adduct process to produce high-quality Cs<sub>2</sub>AgBiBr<sub>6</sub> films with large grains for the first time, which leads an enhancement of over 40% on PCE Cs<sub>2</sub>AgBiBr<sub>6</sub>-based solar cells compared that control sample.

Direct current (DC) reverse step voltage stress is applied on the gate of an AlGaN/GaN high-electron mobility transistor (HEMT). Experiments show that parameters degenerate under stress. Large-signal parasitic source/drain resistance (RS/RD) and gate-source forward I—V characteristics are recoverable after breakdown device test (DUT). Electrons trapped by both AlGaN barrier trap surface state lead to this phenomenon, recovery major reason for parameters.

We propose a pi-shaped circuit model for active metamaterials using periodic structures with series inductors and shunt capacitors (LC) (CL). By inserting negative resistances in the LC CL structures, components are fulfilled.
