Abstract Background Emerging evidence indicates the pivotal involvement of circular RNAs (circRNAs) in cancer initiation and progression. Understanding functions underlying mechanisms circRNAs tumor development holds promise for uncovering novel diagnostic indicators therapeutic targets. In this study, our focus was to elucidate function regulatory mechanism hsa-circ-0003764 hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Methods A newly discovered (circPTPN12) identified from circbase database. QRT-PCR...
Abstract Mounting research indicates that circRNAs are pivotal elements in tumorigenesis and progression. Understanding the mechanisms by which function tumors is crucial for identifying undiscovered diagnostic treatment targets. This centers on unraveling novel circRNA, circFADS1, influences hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) CircFADS1 shows elevated expression HCC linked to unfavorable prognosis. Functionally, circFADS1 overexpression accelerates progression through inducing proliferation...
Freshwater ecosystems are under great threat from humans, among which habitat heterogeneity is the most obvious, being one of important reasons for decline fish diversity. This phenomenon particularly prominent in Wujiang River, where continuous rapids mainstream have been divided into 12 mutually isolated sections by 11 cascade hydropower reservoirs. Based on fact that conventional survey methods more harmful to ecological environment, efficient and noninvasive environmental DNA...
Abstract Fish diversity plays a critical role in maintaining the balance of water ecosystems, especially Chongqing section National Nature Reserve for Rare and Endemic Fishes upper Yangtze River, which serves as an important habitat rare endemic fish, well channel replenishment fishery resources Three Gorges Reservoir. Under 10‐year ban on fishing River basin, we investigate fish seasonal variation by using environmental DNA (eDNA) metabarcoding. We found fishes belonging to 85 genera, 24...
This study employed Environmental DNA (eDNA) barcoding technology to delve into the influence of tributaries and mainstem on fish diversity spatiotemporal distribution in a hotspot conservation area upper Yangtze River. A total 123 species were detected, belonging 7 orders, 19 families, 77 genera. The composition is similar that mainstem, with higher community during spring summer. Exploration ecotypes revealed significant differences between tributaries. mainly influenced by key...
Accurate and rapid access to crop distribution information is a significant requirement for the development of modern agriculture. Improving efficiency remote sensing monitoring winter wheat planting area information, new method automatically updating training samples (AUTS), proposed herein. Firstly, based on Google Earth Engine (GEE) platform, Sentinel-2 image with spatial resolution 10 m was selected extract map in city Shijiazhuang 2017. Secondly, combined NDVI time series, weighted...
Objectives Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is the most common primary liver cancer and characterized by high aggressiveness extremely poor prognosis. Increasing evidence has suggested that circular RNAs (circRNAs), which are highly stable, play crucial roles in progression of multiple malignancies. However, circRNAs HCC remain elusive. Materials Methods The expression patterns were identified qRT-PCR. A series functional experiments both vivo vitro used to determine role circERBIN...
In order to understand the community structure of plankton and environmental factors in Chongqing section National Nature Reserve for Rare Endemic Fishes (referred as “Reserve”) along upper Yangtze River, this study investigated phytoplankton zooplankton water body from 2021 2022. The results revealed a diverse with 243 species 105 genera 8 phyla, dominated by Bacillariophyta Chlorophyta. Phytoplankton showed average densities 1.7 × 106 cells/L biomass 2.6221 mg/L, following seasonal pattern...
Mastering the characteristics of planktonic microbial communities under influence basin-scale environmental factors can provide scientific basis to develop more targeted protection and restoration measures. Here, an DNA metabarcoding technology was applied investigate phytoplankton microzooplankton simultaneously along whole basin Jialing River, one most important rivers in Southwest China with large scale altitude gradient water temperature discrepancy. Along river-way from upper lower...
The subphylum Myriapoda included four extant classes (Chilopoda, Symphyla, Diplopoda and Pauropoda), but very little work has been done to explore their phylogenetic relationships. Herein, we determined the complete mitochondrial genome of Polydesmus sp. GZCS-2019 (Myriapoda: Polydesmida) genomes are circular molecules 15,036 bp, with all genes encoded on + strand. A+T content is 66.1%, making chain asymmetric, exhibits negative AT-skew (-0.236). Several rearrangements were detected propose...
