Delivery of CRISPR/Cas9 ribonucleoproteins (RNPs) offers a powerful tool for therapeutic genome editing. However, precise manipulation RNPs to switch the machinery on and off according diverse disease microenvironments remains challenging. Here, we present dual-chain-locked DNA origami nanocages (DL-DONCs) that can confine Cas9 in inner cavity efficient cargo delivery dual-marker-responsive editing specified pathological states. By engineering ATP or miRNA-21-responsive dsDNAs as chain locks...

Abstract Rationale: The Miller Fisher syndrome (MFS) is an acute polyradiculoneuritis regarded as uncommon clinical variant of the Guillain-Barre (GBS). It characterized by triad ophthalmoplegia, ataxia, and areflexia. diagnosis MFS based on presentation, presence albuminocytologic dissociation in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF), normal brain imaging results. anti-ganglioside antibodies (GQlb) serum helpful for diagnosis. A history upper respiratory tract infection or diarrhea 3 days to 6 weeks...

To explore the imaging biomarker for early diagnosis and disease course monitoring of Parkinson (PD) in arterial spin labeling (ASL) technique.Between July, 2014 May, 2017, 23 patients with PD underwent magnetic resonance (MRI) ASL examinations our hospital, including 13 stage 10 advanced stages. Voxel-based analysis (VBA) was used to observe regional cerebral blood flow (rCBF) characteristics different stages three-dimensional continuous (3D CASL) analyze mean (mCBF).No significant...

MicroRNA is a class of short-chain non-coding RNA that regulates gene expression at post-transcriptional level. It can participate in the pathophysiology processes tumor regulation, neurodegenerative disease, and cardiovascular disease. Recent studies have shown microRNA play regulatory role ischemic brain damage through autophagy. This article reviews effect on autophagy after cerebral ischemia its possible mechanisms. In recent years, the incidence of stroke increased year by and research on post-stroke epilepsy (PSD) is also increasing. addition to type, location, severity stroke, occurrence PSD associated with small vessel disease genetic factors; however, exact pathophysiological mechanisms are not very clear. This article reviews risk factors PSD. Key words: Stroke; Epilepsy; Seizures; Risk Factors

Post-stroke epilepsy (PSE), as one of the common complications after stroke, often seriously affect quality life survivors. In recent years, more and studies have found that statins can protect integrity blood-brain barrier, alleviate excitotoxic damage neurotransmitters, reduce neuronal apoptosis, neuroinflammation, which play a role in brain protection, thereby reducing risk PSE. This article reviews treatment PSE application PSE. Key words: Stroke; Epilepsy; Statins

Abstract Backgrouds : Stroke is the second most prevalent cause of death and first longterm disability worldwide. Inhibition miR-155 was found playing a protective role in ischemic stroke, one possible mechanism regulating Ras-homolog enriched brain (Rheb)/mammalian target rapamycin (mTOR) pathway. For specific intervention strategy, further exploring expression characteristics mRNAs Rheb/mTOR pathway stroke neccesary. Results Our results demonstrated that infarction volume decreased with...

Abstract Ischemic stroke remains to be a leading cause of death and disability worldwide at present. Cerebral ischemia/reperfusion injury (CIRI) is critical pathogenesis poor prognosis for ischemic patients.Recent studies have found that miR155 may involved in the occurrence CIRI after stroke, but it’s role specific mechanism are not completely clear. Therefore, this study investigated effects expression levels on mortality, cerebral infarction volume neuronal apoptosis MCAO/R rats by...
