Broad-spectrum antifungal activities and mechanism of drimane sesquiterpenoids – Eight including (-)-drimenol (+)-albicanol were synthesized from (+)-sclareolide evaluated for their activities. The increasing demand for functional foods has pushed the food industry to produce fiber-enriched products. In this study, rheological, microstructural, physicochemical, and characteristics were investigated whole proso millet dough cake, fortified with fermented bran dietary fiber flour (F-DF).
