Adolescent major depressive disorder (MDD) is associated with serious adverse implications for brain development and higher rates of self-injury suicide, raising concerns about its neurobiological mechanisms in clinical neuroscience. However, most previous studies regarding the alterations adolescent MDD focused on single-modal images or analyzed different modalities separately, ignoring potential role aberrant interactions between structure function psychopathology.

Childhood trauma is a leading risk factor for adolescents developing major depressive disorder (MDD); however, the underlying neuroimaging mechanisms remain unclear. This study aimed to investigate association among childhood trauma, MDD and brain dysfunctions by combining static dynamic network models. We recruited 46 first-episode drug-naïve adolescent patients with (MDD-CT), 53 without (MDD-nCT), 90 healthy controls (HCs) resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) scans;...

Abstract Lipid homeostasis is crucial for growth and development of organisms. Several cytochrome P450 monooxygenases (CYPs) are involved in lipid metabolism. The function Cyp311a1 the anterior midgut as a regulator phosphatidylethanolamine (PE) metabolism Drosophila melanogaster has been demonstrated, depletion caused larval arrest that was partially rescued by supplying PE. In this study, we investigated role CYP311A1 wing morphogenesis . Using GAL4‐UAS system, selectively knocked down...
