Abstract Reported here is the first catalytic atroposelective electrophilic amination of indoles, which delivers functionalized atropochiral N ‐sulfonyl‐3‐arylaminoindoles with excellent optical purity. This reaction was furnished by 1,6‐nucleophilic addition to p ‐quinone diimines. Control experiments suggest an ionic mechanism that differs from radical pathway commonly proposed for 1,6‐addition quinones. The origin selectivity investigated through computational studies. Preliminary studies...

In this study, the role of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in relieving epidermal growth factor receptor-tyrosine kinase inhibitor- (EGFR-TKI-) associated diarrhea was discussed by network pharmacology and data mining. Prediction drug targets introducing EGFR-TKI molecular structures into SwissTargetPrediction platform diarrhea-related DrugBank, GeneCards, DisGeNET, OMIM databases were obtained. Compounds drug-disease target intersection screened absorption, distribution, metabolism,...
Shugan Lidan Xiaoshi Granules (SLXG) is a traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) formulation frequently employed to prevent and treat cholesterol gallstones. SLXG formulated based on the Chaihu Formula found in an ancient medical book, remedy China for centuries, has demonstrated successful treatment of numerous patients with gallbladder stones.
Background Addressing the long-term physical and mental health impacts of adverse childhood experiences (ACEs) remains a significant public challenge. Additionally, ACEs can contribute to intergenerational transmission, affecting future generations. While previous studies have primarily focused on children adolescents, there is limited data ACE subtypes influencing factors among general adult population, particularly in China. This study aims explore prevalence, subtypes, Chinese adults....
