Abstract Circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) detection can predict clinical risk in early-stage tumors. However, applications are constrained by the sensitivity of clinically validated ctDNA approaches. NeXT Personal is a whole-genome-based, tumor-informed platform that has been analytically for ultrasensitive at 1–3 ppm with 99.9% specificity. Through an analysis 171 patients lung cancer from TRACERx study, we detected pre-operatively within 81% adenocarcinoma (LUAD), including 53% those...

Abstract NF2 -related Schwannomatosis ( SWN) is a rare disease characterised by the growth of multiple nervous system neoplasms, including bilateral vestibular schwannoma (VS). VS tumours are extensive leucocyte infiltration. However, immunological landscape in and spatial determinants within tumour microenvironment that shape trajectory presently unknown. In this study, to elucidate complex networks across VS, we performed imaging mass cytometry (IMC) on clinically annotated samples from...

To understand the variable utilisation of diagnostic biopsy for small renal masses (SRM) across urology community, we worked with expert clinicians and patients to produce a consensus statement on role identify research gaps. In phase I, qualitative interviews were performed potential statements II, an panel including scored 9-point scale through modified Delphi process involving three rounds web-based surveys. Consensus was considered have been reached when 70% participants greater than or...

Many patients referred with a provisional diagnosis of cancer unknown primary (pCUP) present presumed metastatic disease to the liver. Due lack definitive histological markers, intrahepatic cholangiocarcinoma (iCCA) may be overlooked. This study assessed frequency iCCA within pCUP cohort.A single UK cancer-center sequential from January 2017 April 2020. Baseline diagnostic imaging was reviewed independently by radiologist and oncologist; those radiological features (dominant liver lesion,...

To assess the accuracy of dynamic sentinel lymph node biopsy (DSNB) after negative ultrasonography (US) guided fine-needle aspiration (FNA) for inguinal (ILN) staging. We performed a retrospective analysis men with ≥T1G2 penile cancer and US-guided FNA undergoing DSNB. Men suspicious US but underwent ILN excision. local recurrence during follow-up non-squamous cell histologies were excluded. Descriptive was performed, sensitivity predictive values (NPVs) calculated. We included 403 728 groins...

Lupus nephritis (LN) is the most frequent severe organ manifestation of systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE). About 30% patients are refractory to treatment. The authors report a case treatment LN with interleukin-17-targeted therapy, demonstrating its possible benefit, after reports T helper 17 cell involvement in SLE pathogenesis.

Abstract NF2 -related Schwannomatosis ( SWN) is a rare tumour-predisposition syndrome characterised by the growth of multiple central and peripheral nervous system neoplasms. The drivers SWN are pathogenic variants in tumour suppressor gene , encoding protein Merlin, leading to development bilateral vestibular schwannoma (VS) >95% patients. VS tumours infiltration myeloid cells lymphocytes, highlighting potential immunotherapy for VS. However, immunological landscape spatial determinants...

Ascending saphenous-sparing video endoscopic ILND (VEILND-AS+) represents a minimally invasive alternative with potential benefits. To describe our VEILND-AS+ technique and compare outcomes to oILND.This was retrospective cohort study of penile cancer patients.VEILND-AS+ performed according the described in supplementary video. We compared perioperative pathological between two procedures. In 206 men we 40 251 oILND procedures.
