In this communication, an electronically reconfigurable folded reflectarray antenna (ERFRA), which includes $14 \times 14$ reflecting elements and features a fully planar compact configuration wide-angle beam-scanning performance, was developed, fabricated, tested. A novel element that is able to carry out cross-polarization rotation 1 bit compensation phases first developed. After experimentally demonstrating its feasibility, the new then applied design of ERFRA, with feed in center...
Hypertension, a prevalent cardiovascular ailment globally, can precipitate numerous complications, notably hypertensive cardiomyopathy. Meteorin-like (METRNL) is demonstrated to possess potential protective properties on diseases. However, its specific role and underlying mechanism in myocardial hypertrophy remain elusive. Spontaneously rats (SHRs) served as models explore the effects of METRNL hypertension induced hypertrophy. The research results indicate that, contrast Wistar-Kyoto (WKY)...
Currently, the overall therapeutic efficiency of mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) transplantation for treatment cardiovascular disease is not satisfactory. The low viability and angiogenic capacity implanted in local infarct tissues restrict their further application. Evidence shows that long noncoding RNA H19 (lncRNA-H19) mediates cell survival angiogenesis. Additionally, it also involved MSCs biological activities. This study aimed to explore functional role lncRNA-H19 as well underlying...
In this paper, a fully electronically reconfigurable reflectarray antenna that has 14×14 reflecting elements and features higher aperture efficiency was designed, fabricated, tested. A new configuration of the element first developed so all bias circuit PIN diode are arranged on opposite side surface, avoiding potential unexpected reflection aiming at improvement efficiency. The element, which smaller size (0.365λ), then applied to design 14 × antenna. field programmable gate array...
Cardiac stem cells (CSCs) transplantation has been regarded as an optimal therapeutic approach for cardiovascular disease. However, inferior survival and low differentiation efficiency of these in the local infarct site reduce their efficacy. In this study, we investigated influence hypoxia preconditioning (HP) on CSCs cardiogenic vitro explored relevant mechanism.CSCs were obtained from Sprague-Dawley rats third passage cultured exposed to (1% O2). Cells apoptosis evaluated by MTS assay...
Abstract Background Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have exerted their brilliant potential to promote heart repair following myocardial infarction. However, low survival rate of MSCs after transplantation due harsh conditions with hypoxic and ischemic stress limits therapeutic efficiency in treating cardiac dysfunction. ELABELA (ELA) serves as a peptide hormone which has been proved facilitate cell growth, survival, pluripotency human embryonic cells. Although ELA works an endogenous ligand G...
Obesity arises from an imbalance between adipogenesis and adipocyte thermogenesis. Interleukin-27 (IL-27), a heterodimer cytokine, is known to promote thermogenesis in brown adipose tissue. However, its role remains unclear. This study aims investigate the effects of IL-27 on both vitro vivo, elucidate underlying mechanisms. In vitro, adipogenic differentiation model adipose-derived mesenchymal stem cells (ADSCs) demonstrate that non-cytotoxic ADSCs inhibits differentiation. using high-fat...
Neural stem cell therapy is considered as a promising new for ischemic stroke. However, the therapeutic efficacy of neural cells (NSCs) hampered by effects cerebral ischemia and hypoxia, resulting in suboptimal performance. Drug stimulation can further improve NSCs stroke, among which small molecule peptide Apelin-13 could have potential. In this study, we simulated anoxic microenvironment oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGD) to observe improvement on treatment-related functions. Six hours OGD...
We present the detailed design and experimental demonstration of a low-sidelobe horn antenna based on controlling amplitude phase distribution electromagnetic fields over aperture using thin single-layer metasurface lens. The lens is composed two identical subwavelength metallic square-ring arrays printed sides single dielectric layer. By placing inside standard pyramidal horn, can be manipulated, resulting in low sidelobe radiation both E- H-planes. Both simulated measured results...
Diabetic foot ulcer (DFU) is a serious complication of diabetes. Elabela (ELA), ligand apelin receptor (APJ), was shown to promote angiogenesis and suppress inflammation. This study aimed illustrate the role ELA in DFU wound healing. A whole-skin defect model constructed using db/m db/db mice observe effects on The function endothelial cells cultured high glucose medium investigated. Administration peri-wound area accelerated closure reduced inflammatory infiltration. Indicators DNA damage,...
A method is reported to suppress the sidelobe radiation of a standard pyramidal horn using thin single-layer metamaterial lens. The lens composed two identical metallic dipole arrays printed on both sides single dielectric layer. By placing inside horn, electromagnetic fields over aperture can be modified, resulting in low-sidelobe E- and H-planes horn. measurement prototype gave 10 dB reduction first level E-plane, compared with that original air-filled Other design possibilities...
Abstract Background Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are emerging as a potential candidate for cell transplantation to repair myocardial tissue in infarctions (MI). However, there some pivotal limitations such poor survival and low migration capacity of MSCs hypoxic ischemic microenvironments MI. Our previous work verified that ELABELA (also abbreviated ELA), peptide hormone, could play role growth factor prolong the life span rat bone marrow-derived mesenchymal (RAT BM-MSCs) under conditions....
In this paper, a folded reflectarray antenna (FRA) is developed using crossed-dipole based reflector. By the Pancharatnam–Berry phase theory, it theoretically demonstrated that reflector capable of providing both 90° polarization conversion and compensation for linearly polarized incident waves. Due to negligible mutual interaction between two orthogonally crossed dipoles, reflection phases waves with polarizations along dipoles can be controlled independently, making convenient at same...
Myocardial infarction (MI) leads to enhanced activity of cardiac fibroblasts (CFs) and abnormal deposition extracellular matrix proteins, resulting in fibrosis. Tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase 5 (ACP5) has been shown promote cell proliferation phenotypic transition. However, it remains unclear whether ACP5 is involved the development fibrosis after MI. The present study aimed investigate role post-MI its potential underlying mechanisms.

Mobile P2P (MP2P) network has been widely used in everyday life combined with the wireless technology development. However, most previous works concentrate on assumption that mobile peers are identical of their inner properties compositing a MP2P network. current environment, heterogeneous devices used; they may have different storage sizes, data transmission rate, processing ability and even security levels. In such kind Network how to make effectively is challenge. this paper, we obtain...
