This study aims to investigate the regulation effects of Xuanhuang Runtong tablets (XHRTs) on intestinal microbes and inflammatory signal toll receptor 5 (TLR5)/interleukin-17A (IL-17A) in STC mice. First, high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used verify composition XHRT quality control. Then, defecation ability mice evaluated by measuring fecal water content transit function. The pathological examination colonic mucosa observed Alcian Blue periodic acid Schiff (AB-PAS)...

Taking the actual measured data and simulating result from WRF(Weather Research & Forecasting)/CALMET numerical model, analysing air flow field in industrial park some valley of northern Sichuan Province, it shows that has mountain-valley wind formed by topographical thermodynamic effects, characters change with season. In January winter, appears at 8:30 morning, prevails after 2 hours transition. The strength (wind velocity, circulation height thickness) is strongest about 14:00. lasts...

The urban agglomeration is the area with industrial centralization, dense population and vehicles collecting, which heavily air polluted place but also demand of hi-quality atmosphere. only condition to assure city clusters in sustainable development that economy environment shall be advanced coordination, i.e. kept fast developing while quality satisfy citizen’s healthy existence biologic balance. basic measure realize such control total amount pollutants discharged not exceed atmospheric...

Traditional Chinese medicine formula granules (TCMFGs), an advanced dosage form of traditional medicine, are entering the market on a large scale. However, little attention has been paid to simultaneous efficacy assessment and quality control this form. In study, comprehensive comparison pharmacological activity chemical consistency TCMFGs from different manufacturers was performed. Ge-Gen decoction (GGD) samples were used as target TCMFG. The in vitro anti-inflammatory effects among types...

An artificial reservoir will be formed at the dam upstream in a large hydropower station after put into use, and with water area expanding, local climate change. This paper takes mesoscale meteorological numerical model WRF to simulate certain Sichuan obtain impacting situation of storage. The result indicates as follows: firstly, wind field has been greatest changed Except winter, we can found obvious lake-land breeze spring summer flow is very evident; secondly, temperature rising or...

In the present paper, features of atmospheric boundary layer Chengdu urban agglomeration were identified and transfer, diffusion conversion rules pollutants in analyzed by using mesoscale meteorological model, WRF(Weather Research & Forecasting)to simulate temporal spatial distribution flow field, temperature humidity mixed height agglomeration. As a result, basic data provided for developing plan coordinated development economy environment. The simulation show that, Sichuan Basin, south...

located in the west of Sichuan Basin and composed Chengdu City, Mianyang Deyang Ziyang Meishan urban agglomeration is an area where industry, population motor vehicles are densely distributed. Therefore, there acute conflicts between economic development atmospheric environmental protection. On one hand, lots pollutants emitted by industry enter atmosphere adversely affect air quality. other dense needs good Since current quality standards cannot fully protect human health ecological...

The CMAQ model (Community Multiscale Air Quality model) was used to stimulate the atmospheric environmental quality of Chengdu urban agglomeration. result shows that air pollutant concentration in some zones agglomeration is higher than allowable limit national grade II standard. Fortunately, such only cover a small area. Zones where average daily and annual PM10 account for 4% total area Less 1% has other pollutants limit. with are mainly distributed City, Mianyang Meishan City. Pollutants...

Euodia ruticarpa var. bodinieri is a medicinal plant recorded in Chinese Pharmacopeia. Here, we report the complete chloroplast (cp) genome sequence of bodinieri. The cp 158,745 bp size and includes two inverted repeat regions 27,101bp each, which separated by large single-copy region 86,299 small single copy 18,244 bp. A total 132 genes were predicted, including 37 tRNA, 8 rRNA, 87 protein-coding genes. Phylogenetic analysis placed under family Rutaceae.

Based on the detailed survey source and volume of NOx emission over Chengdu Economic Circle, third-generation air quality model CMAQ is adopted for simulating density in Circle. The result shows that hourly concentration, daily mean concentration annual exceed standard data, affected areas respectively account 0.2%, 0.18% 0.12% total area economic circle. Meanwhile, accordance with simulation calculation, NO X vehicle exhaust, thermal power plant cement are major contribution sources air,...
