To assess whether the clinical efficacy of a therapeutic protocol using surface neuromuscular electrical stimulation (sNMES) on patients with post-stroke dysphagia (PSD) is superior to that without sNMES, and swallowing functional outcome different regards electrode placement patients' skin neck.Thirty PSD were randomly allocated into treatment group A (TGA), B (TGB) control according random number table. Non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) is a lethal tumor resulting in large number of cancer-related deaths globally. Long noncoding RNAs (lncRNAs) may modulate initiation and metastasis. Although dysregulation lncRNA susceptibility 19 (CASC19) validated NSCLC, further exploration the CASC19-regulated mechanism NSCLC still needed.CASC19 expression was examined cells by quantitative reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction. The specific role CASC19 analyzed counting kit-8, EdU, Transwell...

Objective. To explore the efficacy of high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) swallowing motor area cerebellum in patients with dysphagia after brainstem stroke. Methods. A total 36 stroke were recruited and divided into 3 groups. Before stimulation, single-pulse (TMS) was used to determine dominant cerebellar hemisphere representation mylohyoid muscle. The three groups received bilateral sham rTMS + contralateral or rTMS. stimulus plan for each side 10 Hz, 80%...

Lung cancer is one of the most common malignant tumors, which seriously threatens health and life people. Recently, a novel long non-coding RNA (lncRNA) termed lncFOXO1 was found investigated in breast cancer. However, effect on lung still ambiguous. The current study aimed to uncover functions cell proliferation, metastasis apoptosis.LncFOXO1 expression levels tissues or cells were detected using qRT-PCR. Then, overexpression knockdown vectors transfected into A549 investigate invasion,...

Objective The effects and possible mechanisms of cerebellar high-frequency repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation (rTMS) on swallowing-related neural networks were studied using resting-state functional resonance imaging (rs-fMRI). Method A total 23 healthy volunteers recruited, 19 finally included for the statistical analysis. Before stimulation, hemisphere dominant swallowing was determined by single-pulse TMS. representation suprahyoid muscles this selected as target with 10 Hz...

Abstract Pulmonary scedosporiosis is a rare pulmonary infection that often presents with nonspecific symptoms and radiological findings. In this report, we present case of localized in an immunocompetent patient analyze total 25 patients scedosporiosis. Through the literature, highlight importance considering clinical findings resembling aspergilloma. This literature further emphasize significance surgical intervention. Regardless use antifungal drugs, surgery should be conducted as soon possible.

We aimed to investigate the effects and mechanisms of swallowing-related brain regions using resting-state functional magnetic resonance imaging (rs-fMRI) in healthy subjects who underwent intermittent theta burst stimulation (iTBS) on dominant or non-dominant cerebellar hemispheres.Thirty-nine were randomized into three groups that completed different iTBS protocols (dominant cerebellum group, group sham group). Before iTBS, resting motor threshold (rMT) was measured by single-pulse...
