Isolated splenic metastasis from lung cancer is a very rare occurrence with only few reports available. Here, we report the case of 82-year-old male who underwent bilobectomy for squamous cell carcinoma and 16 months later developed an isolated metastasis. Additionally, previous are reviewed discussed.
