The pilot-scale pyrolysis of scrap tires in a continuous rotary kiln reactor was investigated at temperatures between 450 and 650 °C. As the temperature increased, char yield remained constant with mean 39.8 wt %. oil reached maximum value 45.1 % 500 pyrolytic derived oils can be used as liquid fuels because their high heating (40−42 MJ/kg), excellent viscosity (1.6−3.7 cS), reasonable sulfur content (0.97−1.54 %). true-boiling-point distillation test showed that there 39.2−42.3 light...
A new ultra‐low‐temperature firing microwave dielectric ceramic, Li 2 WO 4 with the phenacite structure, was prepared via solid‐state reaction method. The ceramic can be well sintered at 640°–660°C, a relative permittivity ∼5.5, Q × f value about 62 000 GHz, and negative temperature coefficient of −146 ppm/°C 15.7 GHz. From an X‐ray diffraction analysis, found to chemically compatible both silver aluminum powders 640°C. All results indicate that is promising candidate for ultra‐low cofired...
Abstract The progressive downscaling of silicon‐based microelectronic devices delivers compact and advanced integrated circuits for fast data processing computing. Similarly, the miniaturization conventional optoelectronics is also an important frontier technology emerging lighting, imaging, communication, sensing. Herein, this study reports a miniature dual‐functional diode (DF‐diode) with both light‐emitting light‐detecting functionalities. proposed micro‐scale DF‐diode exhibits record...
In this work, the Li 2 (M 2+ ) Mo 3 O 12 and 3+ )Mo (M=Zn, Ca, Al, In) lyonsite‐related structures were prepared using a solid‐state reaction method. Single‐phase lyonsite materials formed for following compositions Zn , AlMo InMo ceramics. Whereas, Ca batched produced MoO 4 CaMoO phases. All four ceramics did not react with Ag Al powders at their optimal sintering temperatures, which will permit possibility of cofired electrodes these metallurgies. The ceramic can be sintered 630°C relative...
We fabricated depth-type hierarchical CNT/quartz fiber (QF) filters through in situ growth of CNTs upon quartz using a floating catalyst chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. The filter specific area the CNT/QF is more than 12 times higher that pristine QF filters. As result, penetration sub-micron aerosols for reduced by two orders magnitude, which reaches standard high-efficiency particulate air (HEPA) Simultaneously, due to fluffy brush-like structure on QFs, pore size hybrid only has...
Ba 0.6 Sr 0.4 TiO 3 / Ni 0.8 Zn 0.2 Fe 2 O 4 (BST/NZO) composites were synthesized via the conventional solid-state reaction method. The phase composition and surface morphology of investigated using x-ray diffractometry scanning electron microscope, respectively. dielectric magnetic properties studied. results show that BST/NZO have giant constants very high permeabilities. For 10%BST/90%NZO composite, constant permeability in low frequency range are about 150 000 29, behavior is mainly...
