Background: Acute decompensated heart failure (ADHF) is a condition with high frequency of hospitalizations and mortality, obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) common comorbidity. Continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP) therapy at home can be good adjunctive non-drug for these patients.
