Damage to sperm DNA was proposed play an important role in embryonic development. Previous studies focused on outcomes after fresh embryo transfer, whereas this study investigated the influence of fragmentation index (DFI) laboratory and clinical frozen transfer (FET). This retrospective examined 381 couples using cleavage-stage FET. Sperm used for intracytoplasmic injection (ICSI) or vitro fertilization (IVF) underwent density gradient centrifugation swim up processing. DFI had a negative...

Infertility is caused by heterogeneous risks, but most of them are unexplained. The sperm DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) was increasingly acknowledged as a parameter for the evaluation male infertility. This study aimed to investigate association between DFI and laboratory clinical outcomes in population with unexplained infertility. The data an infertile collected selection reproductive patients authors classified normal parameters control group (DFI < 25%) observation ≥ compared difference...

A flexible and efficient programming model for NoC-Based MPSoC, MMPI (Multiprocessor Message Passing Interface) is proposed. To improve the efficiency of design exploration, separates parallel-programming from iterative exploration process by introducing a "mapping file" mechanism defining layered communication protocol stack. Both spacial parallelism temporal are supported to resource utilization performance. The results demonstrate that achieves small memory execution footprints, resolves...

A novel continuous common-mode (CM) voltage sensing circuit is presented for Op-amp with large input swing. It has two stages: the first stage reduces swing, and second detects CM voltage. The proposed analyzed in detail. Finally, designed mixed-signal 0.18 um CMOS process, simulation results show that: fluctuation of less than 1.5 mv when swing up to plusmn0.8 V, which guarantees minimization offset improves linearity Op-amp.

Abstract Background To explore the effect of anti-Müllerian hormone (AMH) on embryonic development by studying relationship between serum AMH concentration and high-quality embryo number during first cycle in vitro fertilization (IVF) /intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI) 30-44 year-old infertile women. Methods A retrospective cohort study 335 cycles was conducted. The population patients who received IVF/ICSI at Reproductive Medicine Center * from January 2019 to December 2020. basic...

Abstract Background: Both anti-Mullerian hormone (AMH) and antral follicle count (AFC) predict ovarian reserve independently have been shown to correlate well. However, it is quite common encounter discordance between the two clinical indices. This objective of this study speculate which condition favorable patients decide what best be done in cases such discordance. Methods: retrospective cohort analyzed medical records 714 women undergoing first IVF cycle at Center for Reproductive...
