Trollius chinensis Bunge (TCB) is a perennial plant of the Ranunculaceae family with medicinal and edible values. It widely distributed commonly used in various regions, including Asia, Europe, North America. The main chemical components TCB include alkaloids, flavonoids, phenolic acids, volatile oil compounds. renowned for its anti-inflammatory, heat-clearing, detoxifying, eyesight-improving properties. Its dried flowers are as traditional Chinese medicine indicated treatment upper...

Syringa plants are highly valued for their ornamental qualities. However, traditional morphological identification methods inefficient discriminating species. DNA barcoding has emerged as a powerful alternative species identification, but research on barcodes is still limited. This study employed multi-locus strategy, combining the nuclear ITS2 region with chloroplast genome regions psbA-trnH, trnL-trnF, and trnL to evaluate effectiveness of barcodes. The assessment involved genetic distance...

Intersubgeneric hybrids of Paeonia lactiflora (Paeonia pall., P. lactiflora.) cover a huge variety systems in the genus Paeonia. In recent years, many studies have confirmed that intersubgeneric lactiflora. are rich paeoniflorin and other medicinal ingredients, however, it has always proved difficult to clarify value whether they can be used for purposes. this study, consistency plant population was evaluated through DUS evaluation, order selected research materials had stability within...

Jacobaea cannabifolia is a widely used medicinal plant. The total length of the chloroplast genome was 151,390 bp, and it comprised large single-copy (LSC, 83,432 bp) region, small (SSC, 18,304 pair inverted repeats (IRs, 49,654 bp). A 130 coding genes were annotated, including 88 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNA 34 tRNA genes. phylogenetic tree showed that J. other species same genus clustered together.
