Background Recent research has made significant progress in elucidating gastrointestinal complications following acute cerebral infarction (ACI), which includes disorders intestinal motility and dysbiosis of the gut microbiota. Nevertheless, role (which is acknowledged as being largest immune organ) immunoreactive effects polydopamine nanoparticles (PDA) on ischemic stroke remains inadequately understood. In addition to its function nutrient absorption, acts a protective barrier against...

Introduction The transcription factor GATA plays a pivotal role in plant growth, physical and metabolic functions, responses to changes the environment. After completion of Cerasus humilis genome, investigations into its gene family were not pursued. Methods Our research team identified gene’s bioinformatics techniques, analyzed structural characteristics evolutionary trajectory, investigated expression patterns among various subfamilies. Results In C. genome,20 ChGATAs are divided four...

Platycodon grandiflorus is a medicinal plant whose main component platycodins, which have variety of pharmacological effects and nutritional values. The farnesyl pyrophosphate synthase (FPS) key enzyme in the isoprenoid biosynthesis pathway, catalyzes synthesis diphosphate (FPP). In this study, we cloned FPS gene from P. (PgFPS) with an ORF 1260 bp, encoding 419 amino acids deduced molecular weight theoretical pI 46,200.98 Da 6.52, respectively. squalene content overexpressed PgFPS tobacco...

Salix floderusii is a rare alpine tree species in the genus. Unfortunately, no extensive germplasm identification, molecular phylogeny, and chloroplast genomics of this plant have been conducted. We sequenced (cp) genome S. for first time using second-generation sequencing technology. The cp was 155,540 bp long, including large single-copy region (LSC, 84,401 bp), small (SSC, 16,221 inverted repeat regions (IR, 54,918 bp). A total 131 genes were identified, 86 protein genes, 37 tRNA 8 rRNA...

Jacobaea cannabifolia is a widely used medicinal plant. The total length of the chloroplast genome was 151,390 bp, and it comprised large single-copy (LSC, 83,432 bp) region, small (SSC, 18,304 pair inverted repeats (IRs, 49,654 bp). A 130 coding genes were annotated, including 88 protein-coding genes, 8 rRNA 34 tRNA genes. phylogenetic tree showed that J. other species same genus clustered together.
