A latent olefin metathesis catalyst, bearing two polymeric NHC ligands, was embedded in a semicrystalline polymer matrix containing cyclic olefins. The catalyst activated by straining the solid material under compression, resulting polymerization and cross-linking reactions of monomers situ. Catalyst activation state may be employed new self-healing materials.

Vision-and-Language Navigation (VLN), as a crucial research problem of Embodied AI, requires an embodied agent to navigate through complex 3D environments following natural language instructions. Recent has highlighted the promising capacity large models (LLMs) in VLN by improving navigational reasoning accuracy and interpretability. However, their predominant use offline manner usually suffers from substantial domain gap between task LLM training corpus. This paper proposes novel strategy...

Four catalysts, viz. 1,5,7-triazabicyclo[4.4.0]dec-5-ene (TBD), potassium bis(trimethylsilyl)amide (KHMDS), methoxide (KOMe), and tert-butoxide (KO-t-Bu), are screened for a low-toxicity route toward (poly)urethane/urea preparation from carbonate/carbamate esters. On the basis of similar kinetics, catalytically active species KHMDS, KO-t-Bu, KOMe is inferred to be alkoxide anion RO–, depending on R group in carbonate/carbamate. Its activity much higher than that TBD. Computational simulation...

In the study of brain-computer interfaces (BCIs) based on steady-state visual evoked potentials (SSVEPs), how to improve classification accuracies BCIs has always been focus researchers. Canonical correlation analysis (CCA) is widely used in BCI systems SSVEPs because its rapidity and scalability. However, classical CCA algorithm encounters difficulty low accuracy a short time. For targetless stimuli, this paper proposes fusion (CCA-CWT-SVM) that combined with CCA, continuous wavelet...

Abstract The dissolution behavior of hydroxyapatite (HA) and its effect on the initial cellular response is both fundamental clinical importance. In this study, plasma-sprayed HA coatings were characterized by X-ray diffraction Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Abstract Here, an isocyanate‐free approach to produce polyureas from diamines and dicarbamates as monomers is reported. A side reaction limiting the molecular weight during diamine/ dicarbamate polymerization, that is, N‐alkylation of amine end groups, investigated. Mitigation N‐alkylation, either by enhancing carbamate aminolysis rate or substitution dimethylcarbamates with more sterically hindered diethylcarbamates, affords sufficiently high weights assure satisfactory mechanical...
