Abstract Tetrahydropyran and tetrahydropyran‐fused poly‐ethers scaffolds are found in many classes of natural products medicinally relevant small molecules. Here we describe a catalytic system for 6‐ endo selective ring‐opening epoxides by Au(I) or Au(III) catalyst that provides rapid access to various tetrahydropyran‐derived motifs. It also could efficiently construct the subunits marine ladder‐like through emulating Nakanishi's hypothesis on biosynthesis these toxins. The synthetic utility...

TFT Vth is affected by gate material, thickness and film structure. If the Al/Mo electrode added to bottom Mo, or Al changed Cu, work function of Gate increases, that is, flat band voltage finally increases. As insulator at profile position becomes thinner, resulting in a decrease Vth. MoNb/Cu covered with top MoNb, which inhibits diffusion Cu insulator(GI) reduces dielectric loss GI, so decreases. At same time, diffuse GI layerr, positive shift under negative stressing. Once ions inhibited,...
