Abstract Eleven dinucleotide microsatellites were developed and characterized for Eurycorymbus cavaleriei , a dioecious, rare endemic tree species in China. A genomic DNA enrichment protocol was used to isolate microsatellite loci polymorphism explored using 30 trees from two natural populations.
