<title>Abstract</title> Heat Shock Protein Family A Member 1B (Hspa1b) is an RNA-binding protein (RBP), which essential for transcriptional regulation and post-transcriptional control of RNAs. While previous studies have demonstrated its protective role in stress adaptation post-injury depression, function major depressive disorder (MDD) remains unclear. To investigate the Hspa1b MDD, we established a mouse model with hippocampal overexpression. Integrated...

Peroxygenated compounds have wide applications in various fields, including chemistry, pharmaceutical medicine, and materials science. However, there is still a need for more efficient environmentally friendly synthesis methods such compounds. Herein, we investigated the two-step, one-pot, regioselective of α/β-aromatic peroxy thiols. We explored substrates solvents reaction identified optimal conditions. successfully obtained several thiols moderate to good yields via selective generation...

Available online A mild and efficient photocatalytic-induced radical method has been developed for [4 + 1] cycloaddition reaction of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles with N-tosylhydrazides primary amines. The is catalyzed by 20 mol% I2 under metal, azide oxidant-free conditions. based upon the photocatalytic generation allyl-type radicals, followed iodine-catalyzed production azoalkenes, which react rapidly various anilines.

Mandelates and their derivatives are widely used in organic synthesis, drug discovery, biodegradable polymers other related fields. Therefore, the effective simple synthesis of these compounds has attracted much attention. In this paper, a nickel(II)-catalyzed esterification mandelic acids with different alcohols was realized for acid esters. This transformation conducted under mild reaction conditions yields up to 95%, successfully utilized gram-scale medicine cyclandelate.

As a starchy and edible tropical plant, cassava (Manihot esculenta Crantz) has been widely used as an industrial raw material dietary source. However, the metabolomic genetic difference in specific germplasms of storage root was unclear. In this study, two M. Crantz cv. sugar GPMS0991L pink BRA117315 were research materials. This study found that rich sucrose fructose, starch glucose, respectively. Combined transcriptomic analysis indicated metabolism had significantly changing metabolites...

Long QT syndrome is one of the most common hereditary arrhythmias in clinic. Mutations AKAP9 gene can lead to long type 11 (LQT11). In this study, a human induced pluripotent stem cell line ZZUSAHi004-A from 3-year-old male patient with carrying heterozygous mutation using non-integrative Sendai viral reprogramming technology. showed normal karyotype (46, XY), expressed pluripotency markers and could differentiate into all three germ layers vitro. serve as disease model understanding LQT11...
