To take advantages, such as multiplex capacity, non-photobleaching property, and high sensitivity, of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS)-based in vivo imaging, development highly enhanced SERS nanoprobes near-infrared (NIR) region is needed. A well-controlled morphology biocompatibility are essential features NIR nanoprobes. Gold (Au)-assembled nanostructures with controllable nanogaps signals within multiple hotspots could be a breakthrough.

본 연구에서는 암모니아 기체 센싱이 가능한 polyacrylonitrile 기반 나노섬유를 제작하기 위한 bromocresol green 염료의 나노섬유 담지 방법에 대하여 고찰하였다. 표면에 염료를 직접 도포하는 방법(도포법)과 고분자 용액 제조 시 혼합하여 용액을 제조하는 방법(혼합법)을 적용하여 제작하였고, 각각의 제조법으로 제작한 나노섬유가 기체에 노출되었을 때 나타나는 색채 변화 거동을 관찰하였다. 도포법의 경우 노출 수 초 가량의 응답 시간의 즉각적인 반응을 보여주었고, 함께 도포된 시트르산의 함량에 따라 초기 속도와 가역성에 차이가 발생하였다. 그러나 혼합법의 도포법에서 구현되지 못한 완벽한 가역성을 보여주었다. 연구가 제시하는 비색 센서 제작에 따른 거동 특성을 통해 추후 개발되는 염료 대한 방향성을 제시할 있을 것이다.
