The High Spectral Resolution Airborne Microwave Sounder (HiSRAMS) is a proof-of-concept system consisting of two hyperspectral radiometers targeting the 54 GHz oxygen absorption and 183 water vapour bands. HiSRAMS was flight-tested onboard NRC Convair-580 over 2021–2022 to evaluate its temperature sounding capabilities. A summary airborne ground-based observations, as well example retrievals, are presented.

Vertical graphene, serving as a thermal interface material (TIM), is very promising for efficient dissipating. Yet, the heat-dissipating efficiency mediocre since satisfactory through-plane conductivity (κ⊥) and contact resistance (Rcontact) cannot be obtained simultaneously. In this work, we achieve TIMs with ultrahigh κ⊥ (738.6 W m−1 K−1) low Rcontact (29.2 K mm2 W−1) based on volume shrinkage of silver paste within vertical graphene monoliths (VGMs). The outstanding derives from...

Petals in rapeseed (Brassica napus) serve multiple functions, including protection of reproductive organs, nutrient acquisition, and attraction pollinators. However, they also cluster densely at the top, forming a thick layer that absorbs reflects considerable amount photosynthetically active radiation. Breeding genotypes with large, small, or even petal-less varieties, requires knowledge primary genes for allelic selection manipulation. our current understanding petal-size regulation is...

Bi 2 Se 3 is a typical topological material with the gapless surface state, which has many potential applications. In this work, high‐quality thin films are prepared by co‐evaporating bismuth and selenium on (100) silicon substrate, followed in‐situ annealing process. The key parameters optimized, including growth temperature flux ratio of Se. crystal orientation quality characterized X‐ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, photoelectron atomic force microscopy. Furthermore, employed as...

Abstract. Accurate observations of atmospheric temperature and water vapor profiles are essential for weather forecasting climate change detection. Hyperspectral radiance measurements afford a useful means to retrieve these thermodynamic variable fields by harnessing the rich information contained in electromagnetic wave spectrum radiation. In contrast infrared radiometry, microwave radiometry can penetrate clouds, making it valuable tool all-sky retrievals. Recent advancements have led...

Interferon-gamma (IFN-γ), an essential inflammatory cytokine, is intricately associated with a variety of fatal diseases as key early biomarker. In this work, we designed and constructed electrochemical aptasensor based on topological insulator Bi2Se3 sheets. Micron-scale sheets were prepared by exfoliation from single crystals to make electrodes the aptasensors. The unique robust Dirac surface states could enhance charge transfer efficiency solid-liquid interface, improving performance...

Childhood and adolescence are critical periods for linear growth preventing stunting. Current evidence indicates that dietary protein intake in children adolescents is often two to three times higher than the recommendations many regions worldwide. However, few studies have focused on association between high stunting this population. We aim investigate aged 6 18 years a population with relatively consumption. conducted large cross-sectional study involving 3299 participants from Shenzhen,...
