Complementary DNA (cDNA) clones encoding beta chains of the DR and DQ regions alpha region were isolated sequenced from four homozygous DR4 cell lines different HLA-D types: GM3103(Dw4), FS(Dw10), BIN(Dw14), KT3(Dw15). When compared with each other a previously published sequence (Dw13 line), variability 1 gene products is generally restricted to around amino acid position 70, an additional polymorphism at 86. Many these differences, including unusual substitution 57 in Japanese line...

While nonmutated germline variable region (V) genes have been found to encode heavy or light chains of various human autoantibodies, the use V by both a given autoantibody has not documented. Recently, we reported that chain gene (designated Humha346) Kim4.6 anti-DNA antibody is identical VH gene, 1.9III. To investigate whether this was entirely encoded, searched for counterpart lambda segment Humla146) and isolated I designated Humlv117, which Humla146. Together with sequence identity...

ABSTRACT Amyloid‐β (Aβ) deposition was an important pathomechanisms of Alzheimer's disease (AD). Aβ generation highly regulated by beta‐site amyloid precursor protein cleaving enzyme 1 (BACE1), which is a prime drug target for AD therapy. The silence BACE1 function to slow down production accepted as effective strategy combating AD. Herein, interfering RNA, metallothionein (MT) and ruthenium complexes ([Ru(bpy) 2 dppz] 2+ ) were all loaded in Prussian blue nanoparticles (PRM‐siRNA)....

Osteoporosis (OP) is a systemic bone disease with loss of mass and destruction the microscopic structure. Many antiosteoporosis drugs have been used for OP therapy, but therapeutic efficiency remains limited. Therefore, there an urgent need to develop new treatment. Selenium (Se) one kind essential trace element humans displays pivotal roles in maintaining homeostasis. However, modulation Se are greatly affected by its chemical forms. Herein, containing protein derived from Se-enriched...

Abstract Two major DR7 haplotypes have been defined on the basis of serologic typing: those that type as DQw2 and others DQw3. In order to define molecular for these differences we isolated sequenced DQ alpha, DR beta I, cDNA clones from both representative haplotypes. These studies reveal although alpha I genes are identical, very different. data suggest two result a recombinational event occurred between genes. addition, they emphasize role recombination in generating "hybrid" HLA-DQ heterodimers.
