mircoRNAs (miRNAs) play important roles on regulation of gene expressions. Aberrant expression miRNAs was involved in various biological and pathological processes, including tumorigenesis breast cancer. Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) were implicated altered or functions mature miRNAs. To explore the relevance miRNA female physiological characteristics to cancer risk, SNPs located within hsa-miR-605 (rs2043556), hsa-miR-149 (rs2292832), hsa-miR-27a (rs895819), hsa-miR-196a-2...

In this letter, wide temperature dielectric properties and corona resistance of Upilex-S® polyimide (PI) films filled with Zirconium dioxide (ZrO2) nanoparticles were investigated. ZrO2/PI nanodielectrics exhibited the stable properties, high energy density charge-discharge efficiency below 300 °C. Testing showed even a small amount nanofillers can improve lifetime PI significantly. Scanning electron microscopy x-ray microanalysis (SEM-EDS) analysis suggested higher thermal conductivity...

Renal ischaemia-reperfusion injury (IRI) increases angiotensin II (Ang II) and reactive oxygen species (ROS) that are potent modulators of vascular function. However, the roles individual ROS their interaction with Ang not clear. Here we tested hypothesis IRI modulates renal afferent arteriolar responses to via increasing superoxide (O2-) or hydrogen peroxide (H2 O2 ).Renal arterioles were isolated perfused from C57BL/6 mice 24 h after sham surgery. Responses noradrenaline assessed by...

Summary The previous studies found that chronic inflammation related to an increased risk of colorectal cancer ( CRC ). This study aims explore the associations polymorphisms in inflammation‐related genes IL 10, 10 RA , 6R, TNFRSF 1A, 1B, LTA and 4) their interactions with among Chinese population. A population‐based case–control including 299 cases 296 controls was conducted from January 2001 December 2009. Multivariate unconditional logistic regression used analyse association nine SNP s...

Abstract Aim The glomerular filtration rate ( GFR ) falls progressively in chronic kidney disease CKD which is caused by a reduction the number of functional nephrons. dysfunctional nephron exhibits lower capillary pressure that induced an unbalance between afferent and efferent arteriole. Therefore, we tested hypothesis oxidative stress differentially impairs structure or function vs. arterioles. Methods C57 BL /6 mice received sham operations (sham) 5/6 nephrectomy RRM three months normal‐...

High temperature resistant fiber Bragg grating (FBG) has a wide application in aerospace, energy, smelting and other high sensing fields. However, the general FBG will experience thermal decay embrittlement when working for long time high-temperature environments, resulting sensors being unable to be applied stress-strain related sensing. Therefore, stability mechanical properties of environments is crucial health monitoring or high-pressure equipment. Here, we developed an effective...

A series of experiment were performed to test the tribological properties Si3N4 ceramic pair lubricated by emulsions alcohol, acid and alkane. The results showed that function group can’t improve lubrication, which is reverse metals. Under condition same carbon-chain, lubrication alkane better than alcohol acid. With friction curve wear scar diameter analysis, paper studied interfacial film. On basis above, hydrophilcity was involved find lubricating mechanism emulsions.

The paper reports that residual stress is one of the main reasons for Si warp in substrate processing. experiment shows sliced wafers have a relative large mechanical stress, and magnitude depends on method cutting. cannot be eliminated by chemical thinning. In order to maintain wafer flatness, should pay attention removing whole process.

For this on substrates held temperatures above 490 K, resulting films have only silicon monohydride bonding configuration observable by IR absorption. Small amounts of dihydride or polyhydride configurations may be present samples made near 395 K. Electrical conductivity, optical band gap and total...
