This paper introduces SpecInfer, a system that accelerates generative large language model (LLM) serving with treebased speculative inference and verification. The key idea behind SpecInfer is leveraging small models to predict the LLM's outputs; predictions are organized as token tree, whose nodes each represent candidate sequence. The correctness of all sequences represented by tree verified against LLM in parallel using novel tree-based decoding mechanism.SpecInfer uses an verifier instead...

A description is given of a disease infants occurring in Lhasa, Tibet at an altitude 3600 m. Typically if affects who have been born low and subsequently brought to residue it usually fatal within few weeks or months. There extreme medial hypertrophy muscular pulmonary arteries muscularization arterioles, together with dilatation the trunk massive right ventricle. The distinct from acute chronic mountain sickness appears be human counterpart 'brisket disease' cattle.

SUMMARY A clinical syndrome identical to the chronic mountain sickness of Andes occurs commonly in Lhasa, Tibet. It affects, almost exclusively, immigrant Han population and develops after an average 15 years' residence at high altitude. The early symptoms are attributable polycythaemia-headache, dizziness, loss memory fatigue being prominent. In later stages disease, dyspnoea peripheral oedema develop. Haemodynamic investigations show pulmonary hypertension with a normal cardiac output...

Background Using data from the GARFIELD ‐ AF (Global Anticoagulant Registry in FIELD –Atrial Fibrillation), we evaluated impact of chronic kidney disease ( CKD ) stage on clinical outcomes patients with newly diagnosed atrial fibrillation ). Methods and Results is a prospective registry 35 countries, including Asia (China, India, Japan, Singapore, South Korea, Thailand). Consecutive enrolled (2013–2016) were classified no, mild, or moderate‐to‐severe , based National Kidney Foundation's...

Background: Progressive hemifacial atrophy (PHA) is a rare condition marked by the gradual degeneration of skin, soft tissues, muscles, and, in advanced stages, bone. The primary approach for managing PHA involves surgical interventions to reconstruct and restore facial contour. current treatments each present several limitations. Therefore, there critical need innovative therapeutic methodologies soft-tissue reconstruction. Methods: Eight patients diagnosed with Guerrerosantos II III were...

This review provides an in-depth analysis of the potential benefits cell-free therapy based on adipose-derived exosomes (ADSC-Exos) in inhibiting scar formation. The highlights advantages using ADSC-Exos. It also explores complex mechanisms by which ADSC-Exos inhibit formation, including their role hemostasis, inflammation, cell proliferation, tissue remodeling, and regulation critical molecules (platelets, inflammatory factors, extracellular matrix molecules, collagen molecules) crucial...

Introduction: it was to investigate the clinical effectiveness of neurovascular interventional thrombectomy for treating cerebral venous sinus thrombosis (CVST) with concurrent brain parenchymal injury and evaluate Prognostic value serum caspase-cleaved cytokeratin-18 (CCCK-18), neuron-specific enolase (NSE), S-100β, nerve growth factor (NGF) CRP, D-Dimer, EPO. Materials Methods:Ninety patients CVST combined damage were randomly divided into systemic anticoagulant therapy group (SAT group)...

Studies are presented on the pulmonary circulation of three Himalayan marmots ( Marmota himalayana (Hodgson)) captured in mountains north Lhasa, Tibet. The arterial pressure and resistance were low, right ventricle was not hypertrophied arterioles terminal portions muscular arteries had thin walls. observations suggest that this species has adapted through natural selection to high altitude by losing capacity for hypoxic vasoconstriction.
