국가균형발전정책은 한국 국토정책의 중요한 목표 중 하나다. 세종시 건설과 공공기관 이전 등이 추진되었지만, 수도권과 비수도권의 격차는 오히려 확대되고 있다. 저출산과 함께 지방의 인구가 감소하면서 지방소멸론도 대두되고 격차 극복을 목적으로 하는 한국의 프랑스 국토균형발전정책의 경험에서 정책적 시사점을 얻을 수 프랑스는 1940년대부터 국토균형발전정책을 추진해 왔기 때문이다. 국가균형발전은 국가가 포기할 없는 전략적 가치이다. 공간 불평등은 소득 불평등과 마찬가지로 공공이 해결해야 시장실패이기 본 연구의 목적은 프랑스의 경험을 분석하여 국가균형발전정책에 대한 도출하는 것이다. 국가균형발전정책의 시사점은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 일관성과 지속성을 유지하면서 지방분권에 기반한 국가균형발전정책을 추진해야 한다. 둘째, 특정 지역의 발전이 아니라 전 국토의 발전을 목표로 하고 낙후지역에 지원은 특히 강화해야 셋째, 정책효과를 높이기 위해 객관적이고 투명한 다양한 지표를 개발하여 국토...
