【目的】乗せ替えが不要なステントを用いて治療を行った鎖骨下動脈盗血症候群の2例を報告する.【症例】2例とも上肢の脱力と椎骨脳底動脈循環不全を認め,椎骨,鎖骨下動脈狭窄症に対しステント留置術を行い,良好な拡張と共に症状の改善が得られた.【結論】椎骨,鎖骨下動脈の閉塞性病変に対し,かつては主に直達術が行われていたが,合併症が多いことが問題となっていた.近年では血管内治療が広く行われるようになり,リマウントの必要の無い新たなステントを使用する事で狭窄部の通過やマウント中のバルーン損傷,操作中のステント滑落などの問題も解決した.椎骨,鎖骨下動脈狭窄症に対する血管内治療はより安全で確実な治療となり得ると考えられた.
