Two human induced pluripotent stem cell (hiPSC) lines (IIMCBi001-A and IIMCBi002-A) were generated from dermal fibroblasts of healthy females 10 30 years old, respectively. For the reprogramming lentiviral vector expressing OCT4, SOX2, KLF4 C-MYC was used. The hiPSCs showed typical embryonic cell-like morphology correct diploid karyotype. Characterization hiPSC confirmed expression pluripotency markers demonstrated their ability to differentiate into three-germ layers. Cell cycle analysis...
Alterations in social behavior are core symptoms of major developmental neuropsychiatric diseases such as autism spectrum disorders or schizophrenia. Hence, understanding their molecular and cellular underpinnings constitutes the research task. Dysregulation global gene expression program developing brain leads to modifications a number neuronal connections, synaptic strength shape, causing unbalanced plasticity, which may be important substrate pathogenesis neurodevelopmental disorders,...
High mortality is among the most serious problems and challenges in ornamental fish trade. Examination of discus Symphysodon aequifasciatus from hatchery revealed infestation with monogenean Sciadicleithrum variabilum. Gill this induced damage to gill lamellae, including clavate vascular congestion peripheral blood vessels, lamellar sinus dilation, other structural anomalies. Light transmission electron microscopy showed that all infested hosts interlamellar cell mass (ILCM) completely...
ABSTRACT The sport performance relies on hard work, intensity, duration of workout and undoubtedly genetic background. These components fold multicausal character achievements. One the best known genes associated with is angiotensin converting enzyme gene (ACE). In this study, we showed ACE distribution in women horse riders correlation between physiological background, that should be taken into account when deciding to train sports discipline. Data from 40 healthy female adults were...
Abstract Disturbances of gene expression patterns that occur during brain development can severely affect signal transmission, connectivity, and plasticity—key features underlie memory formation storage in neurons. Abnormalities at the molecular level manifest as changes structural functional plasticity dendritic spines harbor excitatory synapses. This lead to such developmental neuropsychiatric conditions Autism spectrum disorders, intellectual disabilities, schizophrenia. The present study...
