This study examined whether knowing that a victim of sexual assault was carrying condom influenced perceptions her intention and subsequent judgments the assault. Participants ( N = 165) read vignette describing date culminated in an alleged Condom possession (carrying condom, not condom) both female male target systematically varied. When woman perceived as more sexually willing claim less valid. In contrast, target's had little impact on judgments.
