目的 建立测定动物尿和骨灰中硼含量的方法.方法样品经前处理后,用氢氟酸氟化,将尿和骨灰样中的硼转化成氟硼酸盐,在一定的酸度下,直接用氟硼酸根离子选择电极测定.结果该方法在0.5～100.0μg/ml范围内呈线性响应,直线回归方程Y=243.16-56.49X,相关系数r=-0.999 8,检出限为0.06μg/ml,精密度测定相对标准偏差小于4%,加标回收率90.3%,均符合方 法学要求.同时分析了灌服含硼抗氟剂的大鼠尿、骨灰硼含量,与对照组比较,差异有显著性(P＜0.01).结论该方法稳定性强、选择性好、经济简便,具有较强的使用价值。
