目的 观察围手术期认知行为疗法对老年髋部骨折患者术后认知障碍的预防作用。 方法 选择符合纳入标准的髋部骨折患者共80例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组、治疗组,每组40例。对照组入院后进行常规宣教,治疗组在对照组基础上增加认知行为疗法干预。比较两组患者入院时、术前1 d焦虑状态以及入院时、术后1 d、术后3 d、术后7 d的认知功能、睡眠质量。 结果 对照组术前1 d阿姆斯特丹术前焦虑与信息量表(APAIS)评分(14.4±6.3)分,高于治疗组的(9.6±3.1)分,两组差异有统计学意义(t=2.894,P=0.000)。对照组术后1 d、3 d、7 d平均匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分分别为(14.2±3.1)分、(11.8±2.1)分、(8.2±1.8)分,治疗组分别为(11.5±2.7)分、(6.4±1.9)分、(5.4±1.1)分,两组差异均有统计学意义(1 d:t=2.354,P=0.012;3 d:t=3.854,P=0.000;7 d:t=3.108,P=0.000)。对照组术后1...
