Abstract SOX7 as a tumor suppressor belongs to the SOX F gene subfamily and is associated with variety of human cancers, including breast cancer, but mechanisms involved are largely unclear. In current study, we investigated interactions between AXIN2 in their co-regulation on Wnt/β-catenin signal pathway, using clinical specimens microarray expression data from GEO database, for roles cancer. We compared levels other co-expressed genes pathway found that SOX7, SOX17 SOX18 was all reduced...

Abstract Age‐related oocyte aneuploidy occurs as a result of chromosome segregation errors in female meiosis‐I and meiosis‐II, is caused by progressive age‐related deterioration the machinery. Here, we assess impact age upon kinetochore, multi‐protein structure that forms link between spindle microtubules. We find outer kinetochore assembles at germinal vesicle breakdown, but substantially smaller assembled oocytes from aged mice. show this correlates with weaker centromere and, using...

Abstract The epidemic characters of Omicron ( e . g large‐scale transmission) are significantly different from the initial variants COVID‐19. data generated by transmission is important to predict trend characters. However, results current prediction models inaccurate since they not closely combined with actual situation transmission. In consequence, these have negative impacts on process manufacturing and service industry, for example, production masks recovery tourism industry. authors...

This paper studies the application of frequency distributed model for finite time control a fractional order nonlinear hydroturbine governing system (HGS). Firstly, mathematical HGS with external random disturbances is introduced. Secondly, novel terminal sliding surface proposed and its stability to origin proved based on Lyapunov theory. Furthermore, mode theory, robust law ensure occurrence motion in designed stabilization HGS. Finally, simulation results show effectiveness robustness scheme.

Background Transient sublethal ischemia is known as ischemic preconditioning, which enables cells and tissues to survive subsequent prolonged lethal injury. Ischemic preconditioning exerts neuroprotection through phosphatidylinositol 3-kinase (PI3K)/Akt pathway. Cbl-b belongs the Casitas B-lineage lymphoma (Cbl) family, it can regulate cell signal transduction. The roles of ubiquitin ligase PI3K/Akt pathway relationship between them in oxygen-glucose deprivation (OGDPC) PC12 were investigated...

AXIN2, a leading regulator in Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway, participating regulating cell proliferation, cytometaplasia, migration, apoptosis and other important functions, has showed close relations with the progression of liver cancer, colon breast lung cancer so on. The function AXIN2 tumorigenesis exists mainly three ways. Firstly, methylation regulation microRNA could induce caused by abnormal expression (silencing or overexpression). Secondly, under Wnt ubiquitin-dependent...
