Solanum lyratum Thunb (SLT) is a perennial plant of the Solanaceae family, and extensively used in clinical practice traditional Chinese medicine. Malaria, oedema, gonorrhoea, cancer, wind fever, jaundiced hepatitis, cholecystitis rheumatoid arthritis are among diseases that it to treat. To offer foundation for further development usage SLT, pieces literature about chemical composition pharmacological action SLT were reviewed analysed. The constituents mainly included steroids, alkaloids,...
Burkitt's lymphoma (BL) is a highly aggressive malignant lymphoma, its molecular biological mechanism has not been fully investigated. The construction of protein-protein interaction (PPI) networks and the identification complexes through cluster analysis are important research directions in post-genome era. However, different algorithms have their own characteristics, single some limitations. In this study, we obtained target pathway information BL using clustering analyses.First, 50 genes...
A new dihydroflavone, 2(S)-isookanin-4'-methoxy-8-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (1), and a polyacetylene glucoside, (10S)-tridecane-2E-ene-4,6,8-triyne-1-ol-10-O-β-D-glucopyranoside (2), along with seven known compounds (3-9), were isolated from the herb of Bidens parviflora Willd. The structures all extracted elucidated by HR-ESI-MS, 1 D 2 NMR spectra, as well circular dichroism (CD).
A phytochemical investigation of Bidens procera L.C.Xu ex X.W.Zheng afforded two novel polyacetylenes, tridecane-2E-monoene-4,6,8-triyntylen-1,13-diol-12-O-β-glucoside (1) and tetradecane-2E,8E-diene-4,6-diyne-1,14-diol-13-O-β-glucoside (2), together with ten known compounds (3 − 12). Their chemical structures were elucidated by NMR MS spectrums as well the comparison published data. Furthermore, chemotaxonomy yielded was also discussed.
Ginseng, as a traditional Chinese medicine, has good protective effect against radiotherapy, but its mechanism in radiotherapy still needs to be further explored. The active ingredients of Ginseng were analyzed according pharmacodynamics the Traditional Medicine Systems Pharmacology Database and Analysis Platform (TCMSP) database, target genes screened by UniProt, PubChem Swiss prediction database. differentially expressed GSE6871 GSE20162 from GEO Further, cluster analysis enrichment...
Based on fingerprint and network pharmacology, the whole process quality control of Zhuru Decoction was conducted efficacy-related substances were predicted. The fingerprints raw materials, decoction pieces established, and 25 common peaks identified, including 9 chromatographic 3'-hydroxy puerarin,puerarin,3'-methoxy puerarin, puerarin, aperioside, daidzin, daidzein, liquiritin, glycyrrhizic acid 6-gingerol, with similarity all greater than 0.95.The main groups pharmacodynamic can be transferred from...
The present work was undertaken to investigate chemical constituents and chemotaxonomic significance from the seeds of Raphanus sativus L. As a result, sixteen compounds including sinapoyl derivatives ( 1-7 ) indoles 8-16 were yielded, their structures elucidated by 1 H NMR 13 C spectroscopic methods, along with comparison relevant literature data. Of note, ethyl 2,3-dihydro-2-oxo-1H-indole-3-acetate (compound 11 new natural product. Three 12 , 16 first isolated genus ; while five 5 9 10 14,...
