Aims Ultrasound-guided injection techniques are expected to enhance therapeutic efficacy for skeletal muscle injuries and disorders, but basic knowledge is lacking. The purpose of this study was examine the diagnostic accuracy ultrasound abnormal lesions, distribution patterns solution cells injected into lesions under guidance. Methods A cardiotoxin (CTX)-induced injury model used. Briefly, CTX tibialis anterior in rats observation. First, on examined by comparing findings histology. Next,...

Biomechanical stimulation is reportedly pivotal in meniscal regeneration, although its effect on mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) differentiation remains elusive. In this study, we investigated how cyclic compressive loading (CCL) could impact MSCs using three-dimensional cultures atelocollagen-based substitute (ACMS).

Abstract Meniscal degeneration is defined by semi-quantitative assessment of multiple histological findings and has been implicated in biomechanical dysfunction, yet little known about its relationship with biological properties. This paper aimed to quantitatively evaluate degenerative human meniscus examine their gene expression properties, extract that reflect properties like cytokine secretion. study included lateral menisci 29 patients who underwent total knee arthroplasty. The were...

Most cases of patellar dislocation can be reduced spontaneously or manually without sedation. To date, only one case arthroscopic reduction for a lateral locked has been reported, with short follow-up period. Herein, we report the 22-year-old man whom performed and repair medial structure, which stabilized patella medially. The patient was followed up five years postoperatively experienced no recurrence difficulties in daily life.
