The effects of chemical and structural surface heterogeneity on the CH4 adsorption behaviour microporous carbons have been investigated using a hybrid theoretical approach, including use density functional theory (DFT), molecular dynamics (MD), grand canonical Monte Carlo (GCMC) simulations. Bader charge analysis is first performed to analyze atomic partial charges. densities in defective functionalized graphite slit pores are lower than that perfect pore according MD Finally, isotherms for...

By performing molecular dynamic simulations, we study the methane adsorption on rough graphite surfaces prepared by rotating (0001) face with different tilt angles from 0° to 90°. It is found that surface angle of 90° much weaker than surface, and density profiles region show irregular shapes peaks compared common regular peak surface. With increasing 90°, average increases first, then decreases, shows a maximum value at 5°. These observations could be explained qualitatively two controlling...

Coking wastewater is characterized by poor biodegradability and high microorganism toxicity. Thus, it difficult to meet Grade I of Integrated Wastewater Discharge Standard China biological treatment technology; specifically, COD cannot above standard due containing refractory organics. A novel coupling reactor, electrochemical oxidation using BDD anodes aerated filter (BAF), has been developed for carbon nitrogen removal from biotreated coking wastewater, focusing on COD, BOD 5 ,<mml:math...

We calculated methane transport through cylindrical graphite nanopores in cyclical steady-state flows using non-equilibrium molecular dynamics simulations. First, two typical gas reservoir configurations were evaluated: open (OS) and closed (CS) systems which pores connect to the without/with a wall parallel flow. found that OS configuration, is commonly used study nanoflows, exhibited obvious size effects. Smaller cross-sectional areas associated with faster flows. Because Knudsen diffusion...

The synthesis of the new energetic material 4-amino-3-hydrazino-5-methyl-1,2,4-triazole, which shows excellent performance and reliable safety, has drawn attention recently. To fully characterize this material, a comprehensive analysis was performed using various techniques, including differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), infrared spectroscopy (IR), elemental analysis, 1H 13C NMR spectroscopy. Additionally, three compounds, 3, 5 9, were further characterized single X-ray diffraction. data...

This paper presents a private subdivision surface watermarking algorithm. The schemes include Doo-Sabin Subdivision and Loop Subdivision. algorithm includes three main steps as followings. First, the resultant watermarked image minus original is watermark information. based on Fourier transform. Then, information scaled down embedded in one part of x-coordinate surface. So, obtained. Finally, test amplified for more effective recovery watermarks during extraction with according to addition...

In this paper, we introduced a novel method to simulate moving spectator crowd behaviours. Different from the common methods, taken emotional affections between spectators into consideration and calculated these by heat conduction model. The generation loops can be divided three steps. We firstly exploited PAD space build spectators' states. Then updated positions generated their emotion transmission equations which were formulated equations. called step dynamic transmission. At last, mapped...
