A duodenal duplication cyst is an uncommon congenital anomaly that usually encountered during infancy or in early childhood. Duodenal cysts generally appear on the first second portion of duodenum and may cause obstruction, hemorrhage pancreatitis. Here, we report a case third old aged man with obstructive jaundice acute pancreatitis, which was treated successfully by surgical excision.
