Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7 showed potential fungicidal activities for the effective control of fungal infection. From PCR test, key genes (srfAA, sfp, fenD, bmyB, ituD, and ituC) were detected in B. NCPSJ7. These closely related to lipopeptides (LPs) synthesis. Next, three LPs families identified with liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC/MS), including iturin A, fengycin surfactin. After purification C18, main active antifungal compound was proven be C14-iturin A by ESI-HRMS,...

Abstract Objective Previous studies proved the effect of long-term exposure to air pollution or physical activity (PA) on risk systemic inflammation-induced multimorbidity (SIIM), while evidence regarding their joint effects was rare, especially in low- and middle-income countries. Therefore, we aimed examine extent interaction relations PA with SIIM. Methods This study included 72,172 participants from China Multi-Ethnic Cohort. The average concentrations ambient particulate matter...

Bacillus amyloliquefaciens NCPSJ7 could secrete extracellular antimicrobial substances, showing potent antifungal activities. An active peptide AFP3 was isolated from the fermentation supernatant. After chromatography, purified tested for fungicidal activity, molecular mass, and stability. The results indicated that with a mass of around 3.3 kDa, showed discernible inhibition pathogen Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. niveum minimum concentration 31 µg/ml. It also exhibited excellent some...

Abstract Background Cardiovascular risk factors in Chinese ethnic minority groups are rarely reported. Objective To quantify the cardiovascular Miao adults and to examine association of health behaviors metabolic with dyslipidemia. Methods A cross-sectional analysis was conducted using baseline data from China Multi-Ethnic Cohort (CMEC) study. representative sample 5559 participants aged 30 79 years were surveyed given physical laboratory exams. The proportion behavioral described adults....
