This paper approaches the problem of computing price an Asian option in two different ways. Firstly, exploiting a scaling property, we reduce to solving parabolic PDE variables. Secondly, provide lower bound which is so accurate that it essentially true price.

Myocardin is a cardiac- and smooth muscle-specific transcription co-factor that potently activates the expression of downstream target genes. Previously, we demonstrated overexpression myocardin inhibited proliferation muscle cells (SMCs). Recently, was reported to induce microRNA-1 (miR-1) in cardiomyocytes. In this study, investigated whether induces miR-1 mediate its inhibitory effects on SMC proliferation.Using tetracycline-regulated (T-REx) inducible system expressing human vascular...

Abstract Drug resistance and tumor recurrence are major challenges in cancer treatment. Cancer cells often display centrosome amplification. To maintain survival, achieve bipolar division by clustering supernumerary centrosomes. Targeting is therefore considered a promising therapeutic strategy. However, the regulatory mechanisms of remain unclear. Here we report that KIFC1, regulator, positively associated with recurrence. Under DNA damaging treatments, ATM ATR kinases phosphorylate KIFC1...

We study the sample path asymptotics of a class recurrent diffusion processes with random potentials, including examples Sinai’s simple walk in environment and Brox’s process Brownian potential. The main results consist several integral criteria which completely characterize all possible Lévy classes, therefore providing very precise image almost sure asymptotic behaviors these processes.

Our main result implies tightness distributions under annealed measure. This is contrast with one-dimensional case, provides, to best our knowledge, first non-trivial example null recurrent whose not transient, question originally raised Erdős Révész for simple symmetric line.
