The growing demand for agricultural products has led to the misuse of pesticides, resulting in use higher concentrations these substances. This an increase toxicity imposed on other beneficial organisms and bioaccumulation toxic pesticide bodies both pests non-target organisms, as well their end users, including humans. In this study, neurotoxic potential commonly used pesticides abamectin (an insecticide) boscalid (a fungicide) was evaluated. Both vitro silico studies showed that human...

The phenolic content of investigated Rosa dumalis fruit samples were studied. To obtain a more detailed profile, five solvents with different polarities (water, ethanol, 60% methanol and acidified 80% methanol) used for the preparation plant extracts. Individual phenolics analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC). obtained results indicate that R. are rich in both acids flavonoids. Acidified extracts had highest yields followed by water, methanol, ethanol.
