This paper introduces an automatic shutdown system for model protection during the flutter test in high speed wind tunnels. can be used to determine any unsafe condition through signals before triggering of tunnels, solving problems delayed response and mistakes happen manual measurement subcritical state flutter. The numerical simulation method was adopted to analyze the effect on boundary layer thickness reduction of various vortex generator parameters.
