To describe the clinical outcomes following implementation of a high-volume medical retina virtual clinic utilising diagnostic hub.Retrospective consecutive case-series all patients attending clinics at Moorfields Eye Hospital (City Road) for 6 weeks from September 21, 2020.In weeks, 1006 attended clinics, which included an appointment in hub followed by assessment asynchronously working day. Management of age-related macular degeneration (AMD) places a high demand on already constrained hospital-based eye services.
