This article reports the electrospinning technique for manufacturing of multilayered scaffolds bile duct tissue engineering based on an inner layer polycaprolactone (PCL) and outer either a copolymer D,L-lactide glycolide (PLGA) or L-lactide ε-caprolactone (PLCL). A study degradation properties separate polymers showed that flat PCL samples exhibited highest resistance to hydrolysis in comparison with PLGA PLCL. Irrespective liquid-phase nature, no significant mass loss was found 140 days...

Development of modern medical technologies would be impossible without the application various materials with special properties. Over last decade there has been a marked increase in interest biodegradable for use medicine and other areas national economy. In medicine, polymers offer great potential controlled drug delivery wound management (e.g., adhesives, sutures surgical meshes), orthopedic devices (screws, pins rods), nonwoven scaffolds tissue engineering. Among family polyesters most...

Linear-hyperbranched co(polylactides) containing hyperbranched polyglycerol (PG) block were synthesized and characterized. An estimate of critical micelle concentration as well aggregative stability droplet sizes in the emulsion stabilized by obtained polymers was made. It shown that an architecture linear-branched defines its surface-active properties characteristics dispersion systems from it. With increase PG content copolymers, emulsions increase. Polylactide microparticles organic...

Abstract This article describes the fabrication of non-woven fibrous materials based on sodium alginate by electrospinning and their modification with RGD peptides. The rheological properties solutions are investigated. A defect-free material an average fiber diameter 180 nm was obtained. Ionic covalent crosslinking carried out.

Synthetic surfactants have a wide application in various areas from medicine to agriculture, with biodegradable holding the greatest promise. Promising compounds for synthesis of such are polyethylene oxide and polymers poly(α-hydroxyacid)s: polylactide (i.e. PLA), polyglycolide PGA), poly-ε-caprolactone (PCL), polyhydroxybutyrate (PHB) their copolymers. Because biodegradation polymeric yields natural metabolites, medical biotechnological applications most attractive. A number studies shows...

Objects . To synthesize monodisperse biodegradable hyperbranched polymers based on D,L-lactide in the presence of Boltorn™ H30 polyester polyol as a macroinitiator. Methods 1H and 13C nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectroscopy was used to study chemical structure (Boltorn™ H30)-PDLA copolymers. The molecular weight distribution studied by gel permeation chromatography (GPC). In order thermal stability polyol, thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) used. Polymerization carried out block polyol....
