Rotenone has recently been widely used to establish Parkinson’s disease (PD) models replicate the features of PD. However, mechanisms involved in rotenone neurotoxicity have not elucidated. The aim present study was identify through intraperitoneal injection mice and investigate global changes phosphorylation proteomic profiles rotenone-injured SH-SY5Y cells a label-free analysis using PTMScan with LC–MS/MS. ICR (Institute Cancer Research) were intraperitoneally injected different dosages (1...
Salvia miltiorrhiza radix et rhizoma (Danshen) is a crucial medicinal material for treating cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. However, the presence of adulterants intraspecific variability poses challenges to its clinical safety. This study collected samples S. from various regions commonly encountered adulterants. The composition differences were analyzed by fingerprint broad-target metabolomics. Chloroplast genome was used distinguish intra-genus species DNA barcoding identify...
This study aimed to evaluate the effects of different grinding sieve openings (SO), conditioning temperatures (CTP), and times (CTM) on feed processing performance, growth meat quality, serum biochemical indices broiler chickens fed a diet in which 50 % corn was replaced with aged paddy rice. A total 960 white-feathered were randomly divided into 8 groups, experiment designed test 2 SO sizes (2.0 mm 2.5 mm), CTPs (75 °C 85 °C), CTMs (90 s 180 s). The results showed that 2.0 CTM significantly...
Fiber-reinforced composites, such as glass fiber-reinforced polymer (GFRP), are widely used across industries but susceptible to inclusion defects during manufacturing. Detecting and classifying these is crucial for ensuring material integrity. This study classifies four common defects—metal, peel ply, release paper, PTFE film—in GFRP using terahertz technology machine learning. Two sheets with at different depths were fabricated. Terahertz time-domain signals acquired, a...
Performance of microbial fuel cells (MFCs) was monitored during the influent nutrient change from lactate to glucose/acetate/propionate and then lactate. Meanwhile, anodic communities were characterized by culture-independent molecular biotechnologies. Results showed MFC performance recovered rapidly when replaced one its metabolic intermediates acetate, while it needed a longer time recover if substrate converted glucose/propionate or acetate Secondary feed enhanced enrichment bacterial...
Abstract The anomalous Hall effect (AHE), typically observed in ferromagnetic (FM) metals with broken time-reversal symmetry, depends on electronic and magnetic properties. In Co 3 Sn 2- x S 2 , a giant AHE has been attributed to Berry curvature associated the FM Weyl semimetal phase, yet recent studies report complicated magnetism. We use neutron scattering determine spin dynamics structures as function of provide microscopic understanding magnetism interplay. Spin gap stiffness indicate...
The effect of the inlet temperature on quality watermelon powder after spray drying was evaluated. Inlet temperatures air 120, 130, 140, and 150°C maintained water solubility at 96%. At 253 µM/g, ORAC value dried 130°C highest among all tested powders. D50 18.21 ± 0.22 µm with a span 1.73 0.038, which more uniform than that other crystallinity higher both 120 showed stronger thermal stability. Moreover, presented similar aroma as fresh juice when being solved. Hence, an optimal for production powder.
Abstract Objectives To explore the effects of a ‘Rebuilding Myself’ intervention on enhancing adaptability cancer patients to return work. Methods A single-center, single-blind, randomized controlled trial design was used. Eligible who were receiving routine hospital treatment recruited from university-affiliated in our city. Patients control group only received usual care, while additional intervention. Adaptability work, self-efficacy returning mental resilience, quality life and work...
In this paper, the influence of forced installation caused by a hole-location error on 3D stress distribution and damage composite bolted joint is investigated. An analytical model distributed holes promoted, in view non-uniform extrusion installation. At first, hole edge analyzed. According to contact state, expression deformation given. Then, based Hertz theory, maximum load obtained with help expression. By constructing an elastic foundation beam model, could be analyzed according load....
Appearance and aroma deterioration are the main concerns during retail display of fresh-cut watermelons. Here, watermelons were exposed to red, green, blue, conventional white light at 4°C for 4 days, respectively, their resulting qualities compared with as control. Specifically, red presented its maximum emissions in 620–650 nm a purity 100% an intensity 1104.7 lux. The exposure reduced weight loss 1.81%, which was by 51.1% color difference fruit surface significantly well maintaining...
Fermented juice was prepared with byproducts (pulp and rind) of seed watermelon ( Citrullus lanatus sp. vulgaris var. megalaspermus) for the first time, its radical scavenging capacity aroma were compared those corresponding unfermented juice. The 2,2-diphenyl-1-picryhydrazyl hydroxyl capacities fermented significantly stronger than oxygen 60 µ M trolox equivalent/mL, which 7.14% higher that Gas chromatography-mass spectrometer analysis showed a total 26 29 volatiles in juice, respectively....
The influence of temperature fields on the crystallisation kinetics high-density polyethylene during injection moulding was disclosed in this work. dimensionless X = 0.4 along part thickness a critical location, within which heat transfer polymer primarily affected by thermal conduction. When > 0.4, decay tended to become stable with limited variation t1/2−1 value (an indicator average rate). experimental results indicated that rate proportional cooling speed, regardless conditions utilised....
Abstract Background Partial amphiploids created by crossing octoploid tritelytrigia(2n = 8× 56, AABBDDEE) and Thinopyrum intermedium (2n 6× 42, StStJJJ S J ) are important intermediates in wheat breeding because of their resistance to major diseases. We examined the chromosome compositions five wheat- Th. partial using GISH multicolor-FISH. Results The result revealed that lines had 10-14 J-genome chromosomes from 42 common chromosomes, J-genomic DNA bessarabicum as probe oligo probes pAs1-1...
Abstract Aim: To describe a protocol that explores the feasibility and effectiveness of an intervention enhancing adaptability cancer patients to return work. Background: Current evidence suggests situation returning work in China is unsatisfactory. Based on ‘Adaptation Experience Coping Resource Model for work’, we designed protocol. Design: A two-armed non-blinded randomized controlled trial. Methods: 96 participants will be recruited from three hospitals Cancer Rehabilitation Association...

Abstract Aging is a complex multifactorial biological process shared by all living organisms. It shows gradual decline in normal physiological function time-dependent manner. Various model organisms are used to study the mechanisms of aging, and important discoveries this area have contributed development new therapies for age-related diseases. In review, we discuss signaling pathways that been shown affect longevity, including insulin/insulin-like growth factor (IGF-1) pathway, target...
