본 연구의 목적은 2020년 COVID-19로 인해 대학교육의 전면에 등장한 원격수업에 대한 학습자의 만족도 변화를 분석함으로써 향후 대학 원격수업 운영의 방향성을 재고하기 위해서이다. 연구방법은 D대학교에서 2020학년도 1학기와 2학기에 실시한 조사와 수강 의향에 설문 조사결과를 분석하는 것이다. 조사 연구결과에 따르면 D대학교의 경우 학기가 진행될수록 만족도가 상승하고 있으며 수강의향도 높아지고 있음이 드러났다. 하지만 소통의 제약이나 학습패턴 부적응 등은 확대를 위해 개선되어야 할 부분으로 확인되었다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 연구에서는 고려하여 대학교육이 재편되어야 필요성을 제기하고 자기주도적 학습역량을 강화할 수 있는 원격수업의 운영 방안을 제안하였다.
