We report a case of ambulatory endoscopic gastrostomy feeding via low profile button device using portable pump. This provided successful nutritional support to patient with chronic intestinal pseudo-obstruction who became pregnant while on feeding. She successfully completed her pregnancy through the gastrostomy. The pump gave excellent quality life both indoors and outdoors, she could continue without interrupting daily housework, shopping babycare.
